Isabel´s private house (Casa Particular) is near the beach that is around the village, the swimming pool of the emblematic El Castillo hotel.

It is just a few minutes away from the historical site, from which you can have access to places such as The art gallery, the culture hall(Casa de la cultura), La Libertad paladar (Family- run restaurant) and La Habanera restaurant where you can enjoy the delicious cuban food.

This casa particular rents out an apartment with private entrance that has three air conditioned rooms in which there is a private bathroom with cold and hot water 24 hours a day.

The first and the third room have a double bed as well as a single one and the second room only has a double bed.

The casa has a large terrace and a small balcony overlooking the street; there's also a separate entrance to the two upstairs bedrooms that share a sitting room and small kitchen.

They have refrigerator, fan and offer access to the balcony and terrace of the house where the guest can enjoy the landscape of the city.

Sra Isabel Garrido cooks delicious meals on travelers request. The famous plate in the Casa is fish with coco´s milk

Sra Isabel also can help with information about the city.

Nice stay in Baracoa
We stayed only one night in Baracoa. This city pleased us very much : the city, people and the landscape were exactly what we wanted to find in Cuba.
The welcome in the casa was good. Our host gave us some good advice on which beach to go.
The terrace on the roof is nice to have breakfast, dinner and also to have a rest at night looking at the sky (best star observation in Cuba, because no a lot of city light)
The breakfast was good and the dinner was EXCELLENT! All the courses we took were very very good : fish, shrimps, chicken, soup etc...
Beds and rooms are nice and clear.
We highly recommend you to have a stay in Baracoa and in this casa!!

Great view of the ocean and city
We stayed at Ysabel's casa for four nights. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. It is very secure quiet. It is a short walk to the main plaza, yet far enough away to avoid the tourist hubbub. The view overlooks much of the city and the ocean. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable & enjoyable
This casa has 3 really good rooms occupying the whole floor above the family's quarters. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a couple of well-stocked fridges (one in one of the bedrooms), AC in all rooms, well-located attached bathrooms, everything spotlessly clean & everything functioning well. There's a communal living room & a little balcony over the street with a table & a couple of chairs - a top spot to wash away the dust of the day with an evening beer or ron .A great terrace on the roof and lots of clothesline for the washing. A couple of minutes walk to the centre of town, pretty quiet despite being on a main road, a very nice proprietress (Dr. Ysabel) and smiley staff. We had a wonderful dinner there up on the terrace one night, and perhaps should have eaten there a few more times Thoroughly recommended, though you'll need to have your Spanish phrasebook handy.
