he house is very close to the tunnel Fifth Avenue in Miramar communicating with the Vedado to where you can be reached in less than 5 minutes And from there to Old Havana city center, it is very accessible.
Nearby places: With a privileged location in Miramar, we are very close to important recreational places and recognized in Havana as La Maison, the Rio disco club, La Casa de la Musica Miramar Cultural Center Dos Gardenias, plus good restaurants offering a variety of food for all tastes.
You can walk to the Karl Marx Theater, home to the famous 3rd and 8, the home of Habano on 5th and 16 Miramar

everything was perfect. The living room is big and in the evening you can relax on the terrace.
Our host Sra Modesta made us feel at home, they were really very, very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was wonderful. Miramar is not far from the centre of La Habana, it is a nice area,
very green and calm.

В Гаване нас встретила Мерседес мама Ирины Каскарет(до приезда в Кубу переписывались) , очень приятно было общаться, так как Ирина и Мерседес владеют русским языком в совершенстве. Ирина забронировала машину заранее для нас, также касы по городам, где мы планировали посетить. Звонила хозяевам заранее до нашего приезда и по приезду до места назначения, узнавала как устроились. в Гаване проводила экскурсию по старому городу, проживали в касе Barbaro, уютная комфортная каса, хозяйка готовила завтраки, обед и ужин по нашей просьбе очень вкусно.

Passamos 14 dias em Miramar e não nos arrependemos de ter se hospedado neste bairro.
A localização da Casa é muito boa para conhecer todos os lugares e é um lugar lindo também.
Por ser mais próximo de El Vedado, varias vezes iamos a pé e para Habana Vieja pegavamos taxi coletivo, o que era muito rapido.
Quanto a Casa de Barbaro, só nos deixou saudade.
Minha querida Modesta ( A mulher que cuida da casa e cuidou da gente), muito obrigada!
Combinamos com a Modesta de tomar café da manhã e jantar na casa, com isso engordamos 2 kg de tão gostoso que são os pratos, muita comida cubana para se deliciar.
O Ambiente é espaçoso, arejado, limpo, cheio de cadeira de balanço e sempre tinha uma ótima conversa com muita troca de informação Brasil – Cuba.
O apoio da irina e o jeito de mãe da Modesta nos fez sentir em Casa e cheia de vontade de voltar outra vez.

I stayed in a lovely spacious , clean room with en suite shower.
Great hospitality given by Modesta,I felt very welcome.
Great location for visiting the monuments. Since I had no vehicle I needed to take a taxi ( 1 cuc ie. about 1 euro no need to say extremely cheap )for about 15 minute drive into the town centre,
Many thanks to Mrs. Modesta for her hospitality. Will recommend and will visiting again.
L'appartement est très propre. ventilateurs, clime, télé, cuisine américaine tout y est. Par ailleurs , l’hôtesse , Mme Modesta,se plie en quatre pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous.
Nous y retournerions volontiers!!!
