Estuve varios dias en la casa de Orlando y Osmara...siempre me trataron muy bien y me hicieron sentir como uno mas de la familia...me ayudaron un monton en mi viaje en Cuba y me explicaron como manejarme en La Habana. Hablamos un monton sobre la vida en Cuba y tambien sobre la vida en Argentina. Tambien le enseñe a tomar mate (una tipica bebida Argentina).Cada vez que un amigo va a Cuba le recomiendo esta casa.

I found a home in La Havana at the house of Osmara and her family. They're all really kind and they welcomed us as if we've known each other forever and not as tourists.
Osmara was really helpful solving the different problems we had. We chatted a lot and I've learned a lot about the Cuban daily life.

I stayed 2 weeks with Orlando, Osmara and their 2 lovely children. They are a warm family and very friendly people who made my first contact with Havana, and Cuba very easy. Don't expect luxury or a partyplace, but all your basic needs will be fulfilled and you will get to know cubans instead of tourists! I slept well, could take a shower whenever i wanted, shared some basic but full of love meals with them, could invite my spanish and dance teacher, had the freedom to come and go, and last but not least felt very safe there! Osmara also helped me with all questions i had, many times she went even with me on the street to show me different places i was looking for. I wish them all the best and would definitly come back to them. :)
