La Roomantic Colonial (Sr. Guillermo Puig Martínez) is a colonial house very wide and ventilated on the first and upper floors. The house is very cleaning. The common areas are very wide and possess big balconies with view to the street. Two very wide rooms are leased.

The house is located in Havana City, Cuba, in a tourist and central zone, only 300 mts. away from the Parque Central and the Capitolio Nacional, 500 mts. away from the Barrio Chino, 700 mts. away from the Malecón Habanero, and 300 mts from Old Zone of the City.

This is a casa particular (or privately owned house rented out to foreigners). The owners, Tamara and Guillermo, were incredibly hospitable and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. Guests have access to an ample living room area. The sitting room has guide books and other information on the city of Havana and a great balcony that overlooks Calle Amistad, on which you can capture great shots of Cuban life.

Tamara cooks breakfasts for guests (3 CUC) which consists of fresh fruit juice (mango or guayaba), eggs, coffee that is so good I still wake up shaking at night craving it, hot bread and fresh fruit (mango or papaya). The rooms are economical (25 CUC per night) and can easily sleep two, although there is usually only a double bed.

The rooms are in the back of the house, meaning they are quiet, and have a/c. The accommodations provide a comfortable authentic taste of Cuban life. Also, Tamara and Guillermo will give tourists tips on where to get good meals and which sites are must see.
